Robert Lee – CEO

Prior to becoming CEO, Robert was an investor in Coolgreens from 2010 and led the group that bought controlling interest of Coolgreens in 2014. In addition to being the CEO, Robert also is the majority shareholder of the largest franchise developer of Phenix Salon Suites with locations in Oklahoma, Texas and California and has been an owner or investor in several Oklahoma and Texas based businesses.

Todd Madlener – Vice President, Operations

Todd joined Coolgreens in January 2018. He brings more than 20 years of franchise experience with brands such as Red Robin, MAD Greens, and PB&J Restaurant group. At Red Robin, Todd helped re-energize the brand and grow it to more than 400 locations with 22 franchisees operating 137 restaurants in the U.S. and across Canada. Todd also ensured operational brand standards were being met across all facets of the Red Robin organization.  Throughout his final 10 years with Red Robin, Todd was Senior Director of Franchise, directing growth that outpaced the brand’s corporate locations in sales and profit. He went on to help manage and grow the MAD Greens and PB&J brands.

Mark Ramage – Vice President, Franchise Development

Mark joined Coolgreens in October 2018. Mark began his restaurant franchising career in 2006 when he worked with one of franchising’s most well-known players, Gary Findley with The Findley Group. In 2009, Mark joined Red Mango, overseeing national growth and development. In his first year, Mark helped sell 36 units. After leaving Red Mango, Mark joined Pie Five Pizza as their Director of Development and was later promoted to Vice President of Franchise Development. He awarded and signed 38 new franchise area developments for more than 530 restaurants in just over three years, including breaking ground into airports and casinos with five new locations. In 2016, Mark went to Smash Burger where he was the Head of Franchise Development and Sales, and in October of 2017 he joined the team at Wing Stop as Vice President of Franchise Development. At Wing Stop, Mark’s team signed 36 locations in the fourth quarter of 2017 and 79 locations in 2018, which included the brand’s first casino location.

Amanda Powell – Director of Training

Amanda joined Coolgreens in June of 2018. She has been in the restaurant industry for more than twenty years, most notably with Red Lobster as the Regional Training Manager and General Manager at the location in Abilene, Texas. Under her leadership, Amanda helped propel the restaurant from #93 in the system to #8. From Red Lobster, she moved to other fast casual concepts like SPIN! Pizza out of Kansas City, Missouri, where she developed a training program and opened restaurants in Orange County, California, and then to Modern Market based in Denver, Colorado where she developed a team in Dallas, Texas and ran six restaurants.
