- 10,000+ daytime/lunch population.
- Daily traffic count of 25,000+ daily (front), 10,000+ (adjacent side streets).
General Trade Area Guidelines
- Lifestyle or power centers with “big box” anchors: LA Fitness, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe’s, Super Walmart, Super Target.
- Near traffic generators including residential, office, retail, university, recreation, entertainment and first-run movie theaters, health care corridors to drive both lunch and dinner day-parts, as well as night and weekend traffic.
