All new franchisees participate in a four-six week training program in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This training includes real-life management experience and an in-depth tutorial about the Coolgreens Brand and Culture. Coolgreens offers many opportunities for continued and extended education after your store opens.

In Item 7 of our latest Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the investment to open a Coolgreens is between $10—$100K. For more information, please refer to our investment breakdown page. The determining factors of your investment will be based on the type of location that we find and its condition. These cost factors can range considerably, but are accounted for in the cost range presented in our current FDD.

Yes, with our business model, our experienced corporate team will pick out the location and hand you the keys once everything has been finalized.

Coolgreens does not offer financing.

Our systems have been tested and proven for more than a decade. For anyone with restaurant or franchise experience, Coolgreens systems are very easy to learn and the processes are very simple and straightforward. They do not require any professionally trained cooks or staff

Royalties are 9% of gross sales. (Please see our current FDD for more details.) Several factors are considered, please see our current FDD for more details. Our Brand Development Fee is 1% and currently is not collected. There are some smaller monthly subscription fees from our vendors that will be paid by the franchise. Previous franchise or restaurant is preferred. At Coolgreens, it is important to be involved in your business and understand what’s happening day to day. We also understand that you may have other business or commitments that are under your control as many of franchises will be multi-unit operators of our franchise and others.
